Branded Partnership Scope

With your participation in our summit as a “Corporate Communications Sponsor”,
you will be entitled to the following benefits:

• In addition to all general sponsorship rights, your logo will be featured as a Sponsor on all printed and digital materials.
• Your organization’s name will be highlighted as a Sponsor across all social media announcements, mailing campaigns (1.5 million verified business users), and promotional launches.
• Promotional materials you provide—such as online brochures, project announcements, and similar documents—will be shared with all participants together with the post-event documents and participation certificates.
• For our physical summits, the sponsoring organization will be granted the right to set up a 1.5 x 2 m stand in the summit foyer and place a branded flag at the registration desk.
• Additionally, the Sponsor will receive the right to invite 10 guests*.
Invitations will be specially designed by our visual design team with the Sponsor’s logo.
