Service Agreement and Terms of Participation

1. Registration is completed when the form is filled out and payment is made.
2. Items included in the fee are the digital services and products mentioned on the event website.
3. Group BSP reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or make changes to the event as deemed necessary. In the event of cancellation, any payments made to us will be refunded. The event organizer reserves the right to change the content, flow, duration, topic, and speakers.
4. If the participant fails to notify the participant of any cancellation of registration for any reason within 3 days prior to the event date, the participant agrees to pay the fee for the event within 5 business days of the event date, even if the service is not received. If payment has already been made, no refunds or changes will be made. If the program chosen by the participant is postponed or canceled due to any force majeure or contingency, the participant retains the right to choose a different date or event of their choice, starting from the date they registered.
5. Participants accept that their contact information will be shared with the event speakers and coordination team.
6. The Participant agrees to comply with all applicable laws of the Republic of Turkey, including security, health, and anti-terrorism laws and regulations. This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of Turkey. The parties agree that the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising from this agreement.

Service Agreement and Participation Terms

  • Registration is considered complete once the registration form is filled out and payment has been made.

  • The participation fee includes the digital services and products specified on the event website.

  • Group BSP reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or make changes to the event when deemed necessary. In case of cancellation, any payments made will be refunded. The event organizer reserves the right to modify the content, flow, duration, topics, and speakers.

  • If the participant fails to notify the organizer of a cancellation at least three (3) days before the event date, they agree to pay the full participation fee within five (5) business days following the event date, even if they did not attend. If payment has already been made, no refunds or changes will be granted. In case of force majeure or other unexpected circumstances requiring postponement or cancellation of the selected program, the participant retains the right to choose an alternative event or a different date corresponding to the originally selected unit.

  • Participants agree that their contact information may be shared with event speakers and the coordination team.

  • The participant agrees to act in compliance with all applicable laws of the Republic of Turkey, including but not limited to laws regarding safety, health regulations, and anti-terrorism laws and regulations. This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of Turkey. The parties agree that Istanbul courts and enforcement offices shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this agreement.
