Hizmet Sözleşmesi ve Katılım Şartları

1.    Kayıt işlemi formu doldurup ödeme  yapıldığında gerçekleştirilmiş olur.
2.    Ücrete dahil olan kalemler; etkinlik web sitesinde anılan dijital hizmet ve ürünlerdir.
3.    Group BSP gerek gördüğünde, etkinlikle ilgili erteleme, iptal ve değişiklik yapabilir. İptal halinde tarafımıza yapılan ödeme iade edilir. Etkinlik organizatörü içerik, akış, süre, konu ve konuşmacıları değiştirme hakkına sahiptir.
4.    Katılımcı, herhangi bir sebepten dolayı yapacağı kayıt iptallerini, etkinlik tarihinden 3 gün öncesine kadar bildirmemesi halinde etkinlik için belirtilen ücreti, hizmet alımı gerçekleşmemiş olsa bile, etkinlik tarihinden sonraki 5 iş günü içerisinde ödemeyi, ödeme yapıldıysa da herhangi bir ücret iadesi ve değişiklik yapılmayacağını kabul eder. Katılımcı tarafından tercih edilen program herhangi bir mücbir ve olası aksi durumda ertelenmesi veya iptal edilmesi halinde katılımcının kendi tercih edeceği farklı bir tarih veya farklı bir etkinlik de kayıt verdiği gün birimince hakkı baki kalır.
5.    Katılımcılar iletişim bilgilerinin etkinlik konuşmacıları ve koordinasyon ekibiyle paylaşılacağını kabul etmiştir.
6.    Katılımcı, T.C. Devletinin yürürlükte olan tüm kanunlarına, bu kanunlara, güvenlik, sağlık düzenlemeleri, anti-terörizm yasaları ve düzenlemeleri de dâhil olmak üzere, uygun davranacağını kabul etmektedir. Bu sözleşme, T.C. maddi hukukuna tabi olacak ve buna uygun olarak yorumlanacaktır. Taraflar bu sözleşmeden doğacak herhangi bir uyuşmazlığın çözümünde, İstanbul mahkemelerinin ve icra dairelerinin yetkili olacağını kabul etmiştir. 

Service Agreement and Participation Terms

• Registration is considered complete once the registration form is filled out and payment has been made.

• The participation fee includes the digital services and products specified on the event website.

• Group BSP reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or make changes to the event when deemed necessary. In case of cancellation, any payments made will be refunded. The event organizer reserves the right to modify the content, flow, duration, topics, and speakers.

• If the participant fails to notify the organizer of a cancellation at least three (3) days before the event date, they agree to pay the full participation fee within five (5) business days following the event date, even if they did not attend. If payment has already been made, no refunds or changes will be granted. In case of force majeure or other unexpected circumstances requiring postponement or cancellation of the selected program, the participant retains the right to choose an alternative event or a different date corresponding to the originally selected unit.

• Participants agree that their contact information may be shared with event speakers and the coordination team.

• The participant agrees to act in compliance with all applicable laws of the Republic of Turkey, including but not limited to laws regarding safety, health regulations, and anti-terrorism laws and regulations. This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of Turkey. The parties agree that Istanbul courts and enforcement offices shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this agreement.
